1 · Who we are

TessLabs is a deterministic synthetic biometric foundry seated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We generate reproducible synthetic face datasets for training and evaluating biometric and vision models. References to “TessLabs”, “we” or “us” on this site mean that entity.

2 · Indicative pricing

Every price published on this site — per-image rates, pack rates, volume multipliers and worked examples — is indicative only. It illustrates how a dataset is priced; it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Your actual price is confirmed in a written quote based on the real shape of your order, and the signed Statement of Work and Master Services Agreement (SOW/MSA) control over anything shown here. If this page and your signed agreement differ, the agreement wins.

3 · Synthetic data

Every face we generate is 100% synthetic. No real person is depicted, no photograph of a real person is reproduced, and no personally identifiable information is embedded in any image or label. The identities are drawn from a generative latent space and have no real-world counterpart.

Prohibited uses. You may not use TessLabs data to impersonate any person, to commit or facilitate fraud, to attempt to re-identify or link a synthetic identity to any real individual, or to create content presented as depicting a real person. These restrictions survive delivery and apply to every image, preview or derivative.

4 · Preview images

Watermarked, numbered preview images shown on this site or shared during evaluation exist for one purpose: letting you judge quality before you order. Previews may not be scraped, redistributed, republished, resold, or used to train, fine-tune or evaluate any model. Clean, licence-bearing files ship only on a placed order under the applicable agreement.

5 · No warranties & benchmark disclaimers

This site and all previews are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Performance figures published here come from internal testing and are labelled as such; names of third-party models used in those tests are masked. Internal figures are not audited claims, certifications or guarantees of results on your models or data, unless a figure is expressly stated as externally validated on the Quality page. Warranties, if any, are those written into your signed agreement.

6 · Liability & governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TessLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of this site or its preview content, and any liability connected to delivered datasets is defined and capped exclusively by the signed agreement. This site and these terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
